When is your next Real Estate Action Network live event?
We typically host two live events per year, either in person or virtually. Our live events are held in  Los Angeles, or one of the real estate markets we recommend in the Midwest, South or East Coast. We list our upcoming events on our website under the “Connect” tab. If you don’t see an event listed, please check back.

Please note: Our events are educational only, and no high-pressure salespeople are at the back of the room, so relax and keep your wallet at home. Come to learn and meet other like-minded Real Estate Action Network investors.

Do I need to be a member to attend a Real Estate Action Network live event?
Yes, you must be a Real Estate Action Network  member to attend one of our live real estate investing events. Remember, membership is 100% free. You can join Real Estate Action Network here.

Can I bring a guest to a Real Estate Action Network live event?
Members and their guests are welcome to attend any of our live events; just remember that all parties attending need to be members and go through the registration process. Please have your guest join Real Estate Action Network here.

How much does it cost to attend a Real Estate Action Network live event?
We are passionate about real estate investing and strongly believe in paying it forward. That is why Real Estate Action Network live events are very affordable. If you attend one of our events, the amount will be listed on the event and registration page.

What can I expect from a Real Estate Action Network live event?
We have been investing in real estate for more than 20 years, and the members who attend our real estate investing events have a range of experiences, from new investors to those who already have investment properties. Everything we provide will help you become knowledgeable and confident in building your real estate portfolio, including learning about the best markets to buy rental property. As we said earlier, there are no high-pressure sales; our events are education-only.

All you need to do is come ready to:

Learn about passive real estate investing
Meet vetted property teams in the best real estate markets
Network with other Real Estate Action Network members
Most importantly, have fun!
Attendees gather at happy hour at a Real Estate Action Network live event.
We often host a happy hour the night before, so you can meet other real estate investors and property teams in a more informal setting.

What can I do while waiting for the next event?
We encourage you to join Real Estate Action Network. Membership is 100% free and gives you access to a vast library of educational resources and trusted teams, lenders, CPAs, etc. In addition to watching the core curriculum series, you’ll want to attend our weekly webinars.

Our member-only webinars are a great stand-in for live events. You can virtually meet property teams, hear directly from them about what’s happening in their real estate markets, learn about the team’s current property inventory and ask them questions.

 Our events allow you to connect with the Real Estate Action Network team and growth-minded individuals.

Occasionally, we discuss topics that require you to have established a pre-existing relationship with Real Estate Action Network, which keeps us compliant with the SEC. This may include having a strategy session with a Real Estate Action Network investment counselor or attending a previous Real Estate Action Network live event. If the topic or event requires this type of relationship, it will be noted on the live event page, along with instructions for registering.

The company’s goals were 1) to teach people how to create financial freedom with real estate, 2) to connect them with the resources and real estate investment opportunities needed to succeed, and 3) to accomplish this by providing educational resources and professional connections for free.
